Helping families, teens and children is our passion.

Our community coalition offers substance use prevention services, overdose prevention, education and community outreach. We are working towards a happy, healthy, and drug-free Outer Banks. Our work seeks to improve community health and community safety.

Dare CASA is a non-profit/volunteer organization deeply concerned about the impact of substance abuse on our community of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We focus our efforts on education, prevention, and providing information to the public. Your participation and involvement are welcomed and necessary for change.

The Outer Banks is a unique and beautiful place to raise a family. Our small town flavor encourages community involvement. Our beaches and resort atmosphere provide many opportunities for family outings and abundant summer jobs for our young people. The things that make this area so inviting, can also pose unique challenges to keeping our children drug-free.
